I struggle with high A1C and need to eat low-carb/sorta keto. Another snack company I had come to rely on shuttered its doors and I was devastated! I found Lesser Evil Egg White Curls by accident at Whole Foods, and decided to take a chance. It was like the heavens opened up and the angels sang! These snacks are delicious. Crispy and perfectly seasoned! They don't get soggy in dip, though I will say that they are better with the creamy stuff. There isn't the right surface area for the kind of salsa I prefer (the thin restaurant style). However, you can crumble these roughly and they make a fantastic addition to a taco salad. Stay crunchable no matter how much sauce I pile on!
I will admit that I prefer the cheese and nacho flavors to the plain salt. Also, I wish you guys had a salt and black pepper flavor, with a nice pepper to it, and maybe an herbal flavor, like a green goddess?
